These spells aren’t separate spells you gain as a spell known from your spellcasting class, but rather mythically. Antimagic Field vs. In 2E rules as written, artifact rules say "artifacts and other magic items" so we know they're magic items. Mythic abilties have have the same (Ex), (Su) and (Sp) designations as non-mythic abilities. As for buffs and such, I cannot find a rationale in the Rules As Written why they would not work.
